• Everyone who enters CAR VEL SKATE CENTER assumes all risks and/or injuries. 

• Be Advised: Roller skating is a fast-moving strenuous activity. By putting on skates and participating, the skater assumes all risk for injury and/or accident. If the customer does not agree to these terms, we kindly ask that he/she not skate here. The nature of this activity is that skaters may fall or run into each other. If you question your skill set in skating, please consider these warnings and look into taking some skating lessons with us. We are not responsible for any injuries that our customers may have within our facility.
